What to expect

I welcome anyone 5 years of age or older. Each client's treatment is evidenced-based and will comply with the updated treatment guidelines set forth by the American Psychiatric Association. The client's initial consultation will be used to educate, explore treatment options, and collaboratively set definite treatment goals. Clients may be asked to obtain blood and urine laboratory values to bring back on a subsequent visit.

After the initial consultation, subsequent visits will begin at a frequency determined by the client's specific needs and treatment goals.

When medically appropriate, I will consult with our client's other physicians to ensure that they are receiving the best care available.

Fees and Insurance

The practice is determined to provide the best care possible for our clients and will not allow insurance companies to dictate treatment plans or goals. As a result, the practice only provides fee for services and does not accept insurance plans. An advantage of excluding insurance companies is that your information will never be discussed with any third party unless you express otherwise in writing.

Our fees are $225.00 for all initial evaluations. Each follow-up evaluation for medication management is $100.00, individual, family or couple's therapy is $150.00 (per fifty-minute session) and $100.00 for Suboxone Treatment. Full payment is appreciated at time of service as we gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Because time is valuable, missed appointments and late cancellations will be charged as a full office visit.

Availability

As your personal Physician, I am available to you outside of appointment hours for urgent and essential clinical issues. Routine concerns and questions are best handled during scheduled office visits where your concerns can be fully explored. Clients who require extended or frequent phone consultations will be billed for additional time and effort. As mentioned before, I only work with highly motivated clients whom are serious about improving their health. As a result, clients whom frequently miss appointments for non-essential reasons will be referred to other qualified mental health professionals.
